Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is the practice of offering yourself the same care and understanding you would extend to a close friend. It combines mindfulness with intentional self-kindness, helping you respond to difficult moments with compassion rather than self-criticism. This isn't about lowering your standards or avoiding responsibility. It's about creating the emotional support that allows genuine healing, resilience, and lasting growth.
